  • 12 to 24 Hours Before Departure: 50% refund or free date modification.
  • Less Than 12 Hours or No-Show: Non-refundable due to reserved vehicle and camp arrangements.

2. Severe Weather Reschedule Guarantee

If desert sandstorms, severe rain, or governmental safety notices prevent tour operations, guests receive an immediate 100% refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.
