Everything you need to know about our tours, bookings, hotel pickups, payments, and cancellation terms.
Choosing a Tour
Q: How do I choose between a morning, evening, or luxury desert safari?
Morning safaris are ideal for adventure-focused travelers wanting quad biking and dune bashing in cooler early hours. Evening safaris (our most popular) include sunset photos, camp entertainment, and an open BBQ buffet dinner. Luxury tours offer upgraded VIP seating and private vehicle arrangements.
Q: What is included in the evening desert safari?
Our evening desert safaris include 4x4 hotel pickup and drop-off, high red dune bashing in Lahbab, sandboarding, camel rides, Arabic coffee and dates, live stage shows (Tanoura and fire dance), and an extensive open BBQ dinner with vegetarian and meat options.
Q: Are children allowed on desert safaris and city tours?
Yes! Children of all ages are welcome on our tours. Children under 3 participate free of charge. For safety reasons, infants under 3 and pregnant women do not participate in high-angle dune bashing; peaceful direct camp transit is provided.
Q: What should I wear for desert tours and city sightseeing?
Wear comfortable, loose clothing and flat shoes. For desert safaris, bring sunglasses and a cardigan for winter evenings. For mosque visits in Abu Dhabi, modest attire covering shoulders, arms, and ankles is strictly required, with women carrying a headscarf.
Pickup and Transfers
Q: Do you pick up from all Dubai hotels and residences?
Yes! Complimentary door-to-door hotel and residential pickup is included across Dubai (Downtown, Marina, JBR, Deira, Bur Dubai, and Palm Jumeirah). Pickups from Sharjah and Ajman are also available.
Q: What time will I be picked up for my tour?
Morning tours pick up between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. Evening safaris pick up between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM. Your driver will message you with the precise vehicle arrival time the evening before.
Q: What types of vehicles are used for transfers?
We utilize fully insured, air-conditioned Toyota Land Cruiser 4x4 vehicles fitted with safety roll cages for desert safaris, luxury vans for group sightseeing, and premium Mercedes vehicles for chauffeur services.
